For best results use 4-pin PWM fans, also can be used to deliver PWM to a fan controller hub. Compatible Model: Optiplex 790, Optiplex 990, Optiplex 3010, Optiplex 7010, Optiplex 9010, PRECISION T1600, and other Dell models with a 5-pin fan connector.
